External drive cannot appear in windows 10

Hi folks,

I have installed windows 10 on vmware fusion 11 in IMac and I bought a SanDisk extreme portable ssd (500Gb).
I tried to connect USB SanDisk extreme portable to window 10 on vmware fustion but it does not appear it on my computer/This PC or disk management.

Could you please resolve this problem?
