We use Horizon client to access our desktops and a while back now I lost the ability to type in remote sessions when troubleshooting client machines. This happens when remoting in over RDP or Logmein. This only occurs in my virtual session, if I remote into the same machine from my PC the issue does not happen. I found the article on the possibility that keylogger protection maybe blocking keystrokes, but we use Webroot and I checked under Identity protection and Keylogger protection is turned off. I also found an article about removing some keys from the registry. The problem there is my engineer has the same keys in virtual machine and does not have this problem. Has anyone encountered this and found a fix. Really appreciate any clues here.
