vmnic1 trunk over crossover cable

hello all,

i've got two ESX independent nodes. i want to use the vmnic1 of both, connect them together using a crossover cable (which works), assigning to it vlan id 4095. in that way i want to get the possibility the virtual servers from first node to communicate with the virtual servers from the second node using vlan tagged traffic.

is it even possible? if so, could anyone point me?
