Two UAGs for external VDI access

"External" HTML Clients (browser clients) get disconnected after about 40 minutes even when they are active in the session. They could be moving the mouse around and working in their desktop when they get a Horizon View error saying "Your session has expired. Please re-connect the server." I did some research on found this Horizon Cloud article (https://kb.vmtestdrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000914833-Horizon-Cloud-Known-Issues), saying to try Chrome's Incognito and Firefox's Private Browsing. During my test I still got disconnected after about 40 minutes. I still haven't had the chance to test internal HTML Client connections since everyone is on Zero Clients. I will try to set up an internal HTML connection to see if this is also a problem with internal HTML connections.
External software (Horizon Client) connections do not drop. Only external HTML Client connections. Please advise.
