the virtual machine starts but windows 10 operating system does not start

I developed a virtual machine with VMware Workstation version 12.0.0 build-2985596

( with Laptop Windows7 64Bit );

And I wanted to open this virtual machine in another computer with VMware Workstation of the same version

( with desktop computer Windows10 64Bit );

The virtual machine starts but windows 10 operating system virtual does not start

but I have a problem avec with message:

your computer has encountered a problem and needs to restart,

I restart the virtual machine with a same problem,

you will find attached vmware.log
